SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS

Our products are usually shipped by Nacex and DHL.

Shipping of our products will usually be done with the companies Nacex and DHL. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination population and the payment method chosen. For products under manufacturing order, the delivery time must be consulted.

  • Iberian Peninsula: The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days and the cost is €6.95 (VAT included) for purchases of less than €90. Free shipping for purchases over €90.
  • Balearic Islands: The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days and the cost is €12 (VAT included) for purchases of less than €150. Free shipping for purchases over €150.
  • Canary Islands: The estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 business days and the cost is €20 (VAT included) for purchases of less than €170. Free shipping for purchases over €170. For shipments to the Canary Islands, the invoice will be issued without VAT. Customs costs are the responsibility of the client and will be charged at the time of delivery. These expenses are the tax that corresponds to pay for the purchase (IGIC), the import DUA and customs clearance.
  • Ceuta and Melilla: The estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 business days and the cost is €10 (VAT included) for purchases of less than €100. Free shipping for purchases over €100. For shipments to Ceuta or Melilla, the invoice will be issued without VAT. Customs costs are the responsibility of the client and will be charged at the time of delivery. These expenses are the tax that must be paid for the purchase (IPSI), the import DUA and customs clearance.
  • Europe (Countries belonging to the European Union): The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days and the cost is €35 (VAT included) for purchases of less than €500. Free shipping for purchases over €500.
  • United Kingdom: The estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 working days. The minimum amount required to process the order is €200. The shipping cost is €35 (VAT included) for purchases under €500. Free shipping for purchases over 500€. For shipments to the United Kingdom, the invoice will be issued without VAT. Customs charges are payable by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These costs are the tax or duties payable in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.
  • United States and Canada: The estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days and the cost is €55 (VAT included) for purchases of less than €500. Free shipping for purchases over €500. For shipments to the United States and Canada, the invoice will be issued without VAT. Customs costs are borne by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These expenses are the tax or duties that must be paid in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.
  • Other countries: The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days and the cost is €65 (VAT included). For shipments to countries outside the European Union, the invoice will be issued without VAT. Customs costs are borne by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These expenses are the tax or duties that must be paid in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.
